After Atomium, we headed to Mini Europe. 1 ticket cost 15,5 € but the price was worth it. I had never been to a place like that but heads up - I really liked the place.

Mini-Europe is a miniature park at the foot of the Atomium in Brussels. Besides the buildings and monuments, the park contains live action models like trains, mills, erupting Mount Vesuvius, bulls running in an arena etc. They have reproduced about 80 cities and 350 buildings at a scale of 1:25.

Started with Scandinavia - Børsen (exchange) building in Copenhagen

Trelleborg - When thinking about Scandinavia you might think of vikings. Those houses recreate viking houses around 1000 A.D.

You could go inside the costume and take a picture. It was very cool. But wait there´s more!

Flo asked me where this is and I had absolutely no idea. Pretty embarrassing to say because this is in Estonia. I did not even think about it because we have more known and popular landmarks. Behind Fat Margaret aka Paks Margareeta, you can see people creating the Baltic Chain in 1989. 6 million Baltic people joined their hands to declare their independence starting from Tallinn through Riga until Vilnius

The Grand-Place with the flower carpet which is made every 2 years. The complete model took 19 000 hours (791 days) and 350 000€ (:o)

There was a pond with fishes and I was filming them underwater when Flo guided them with his hand. It worked

The circus in Bath, England

Eiffel tower standing 13 m high and weighing 1800 kg

The Centre Pompidou or Beaubourg Centre or the National Centre of Art and Culture in Paris. When I visited it in Paris, this place was very interesting :)

The Arc de Triomphe

Porto

Bullfighting arena in Seville, Spain. There are 6000 hand-painted people in the arena. Next to this landmark was a speaker and you needed to yell "Ole, Ole, Ole" inside it and the bull in the arena would start running

Brandenburg Gate in Berlin with Berlin wall. The wall is not located in front of the gate originally

Austrian winemaker/drinker. Ofc Austrians are known for their drinking tehee

Exhibition with history and quizes. Some of the quizes did not work, but when they did, they were interesting. With some you needed to react fast and me and Flo were competing against each other

At the end of the visit is an exhibition which gives an overview of the EU. They have interactive games to make learning more exciting.

When I was in MiniEurope, it was nice to see the places again where I had been. Sometimes I struggled with places that were unfamiliar to me, as the signs were often times close together without indicating which landmark they are symbolising. So sometimes I did not know where they are and did not get to know before going home. We got a booklet about all the places with lots of information so you could read it during the visit or after. I read it after so it is my fault.

In spite of that, we spent quite a good amount of time there and as I told before, I really liked this place and can recommend it to everyone who goes to Brussels.
